# Identitas Ketenagakerjaan (SBT)

Setiap karyawan yang terdaftar dan disetujui di Payana menerima **Employment SBT** — Soulbound Token (ERC-5192) yang menjadi bukti kerja digital, terikat permanen ke alamat mereka.

## Apa itu Soulbound Token?

Berbeda dari NFT biasa, SBT **tidak bisa dipindahtangankan, dijual, atau dipalsukan**. Sekali diterbitkan ke alamat seorang karyawan, token itu tetap di sana — sifat "terkunci" ini justru yang membuatnya cocok sebagai bukti identitas: sebuah NFT yang bisa dijual tidak berguna sebagai bukti "orang ini benar bekerja di sini", tapi SBT yang tidak bisa dipindah, bisa.

## Apa yang tercatat di dalamnya

* Nama perusahaan tempat karyawan bekerja
* Tanggal mulai bekerja (`startTs`)
* Alamat otoritas HR yang menerbitkannya
* Status kunci (locked/unlocked) — menandakan apakah token masih berlaku sebagai bukti kerja aktif

## Kenapa ini berguna

**Bagi karyawan:** bukti kerja yang portable, tidak bergantung pada HR merespons konfirmasi manual saat dibutuhkan mendadak — misalnya untuk pengajuan kredit atau proses rekrutmen di tempat lain.

**Bagi pihak ketiga (bank, platform lain, calon employer):** verifikasi instan lewat halaman publik `/verify` — cukup masukkan alamat, langsung terlihat data ketenagakerjaan yang tercatat di blockchain, tanpa perlu menelepon atau mengirim email konfirmasi ke HR.

**Bagi HR:** proses penerbitan otomatis — begitu pendaftaran karyawan disetujui, SBT diterbitkan sebagai bagian dari alur onboarding, tanpa langkah administratif terpisah.
