# Bounty & Tip Antar Karyawan

Selain gaji pokok, Payana punya jalur apresiasi antar karyawan yang tercatat on-chain — bounty (penghargaan untuk pencapaian tertentu) dan tip (apresiasi langsung antar rekan kerja).

## Bounty

Bounty adalah insentif tambahan yang bisa diberikan HR atau sesama karyawan untuk pencapaian spesifik — misalnya menyelesaikan proyek, mencapai target, atau kontribusi di luar tanggung jawab utama. Setiap bounty yang diklaim tercatat sebagai transaksi terpisah dari gaji pokok, dengan jejak yang jelas kapan dan untuk apa diberikan.

## Tip

Tip memungkinkan karyawan memberi apresiasi finansial langsung ke rekan kerja lain, disertai pesan singkat — cara yang lebih personal dan langsung dibanding sistem penghargaan formal, tapi tetap tercatat transparan di riwayat masing-masing.

## Kenapa dicatat on-chain

Karena berjalan lewat kontrak yang sama dengan payroll, setiap bounty dan tip otomatis:

* Gasless — tidak membebani penerima maupun pemberi dengan biaya transaksi
* Terverifikasi — jumlah dan waktu pemberian tidak bisa diubah setelah tercatat
* Terintegrasi dengan riwayat keuangan karyawan — muncul di dashboard yang sama dengan gaji dan kasbon, bukan sistem terpisah yang harus dicek sendiri-sendiri
