# Menarik Gaji (EWA)

Halaman utama (`/employee/ewa`) menampilkan saldo gaji yang bisa kamu tarik saat ini, bertambah terus secara real-time.

## Cara membacanya

* **Saldo yang bisa ditarik** bertambah setiap detik sejak klaim terakhirmu, dihitung dari kecepatan gaji (`flowRate`) yang diatur HR saat mengaktifkan stream-mu.
* Angka yang kamu lihat di layar adalah estimasi live yang terus berjalan — jumlah pasti dikunci saat kamu benar-benar menekan tombol tarik.

## Cara menarik

1. Buka halaman EWA (halaman ini adalah beranda default setelah login).
2. Lihat saldo yang tersedia saat ini.
3. Klik **Tarik Gaji**.
4. Konfirmasi — tidak ada biaya gas yang perlu kamu bayar; transaksi ini gasless.
5. Setelah dikonfirmasi, saldo IDRX-mu bertambah dan muncul animasi konfirmasi penarikan berhasil.

## Riwayat penarikan

Setiap penarikan tercatat dan bisa dilihat di riwayat pada halaman yang sama, lengkap dengan waktu dan jumlah — data ini diambil langsung dari `payana-indexer`, jadi selalu sinkron dengan yang tercatat di blockchain.

## Kalau saldo tidak muncul atau tampak salah

Penyebab paling umum: halaman belum berhasil mengenali Smart Account-mu (biasanya sembuh sendiri setelah beberapa detik saat aplikasi selesai resolve akunmu) atau kamu baru saja disetujui HR dan stream belum benar-benar dimulai di sisi mereka. Kalau berlangsung lebih dari beberapa menit, hubungi HR untuk memastikan stream gajimu sudah aktif.
