# Memulai (Registrasi & Onboarding)

Payana bersifat **undangan-saja** (invite-only) — kamu tidak bisa mendaftar sendiri memilih perusahaan; HR perusahaanmu yang membuatkan tautan undangan khusus untukmu.

## Langkah-langkah

1. **Terima tautan undangan** dari HR — biasanya berbentuk `payana.app/onboarding?invite=<kode>`, dikirim lewat email atau saluran internal perusahaan.
2. **Buka tautan itu**, lalu klik masuk. Kamu akan diminta login — pilih email atau akun Google.
3. **Privy otomatis membuatkan Smart Account** untukmu di baliknya. Kamu tidak perlu melakukan apa pun untuk ini; tidak ada seed phrase yang perlu dicatat.
4. **Lengkapi data diri** — nama lengkap, NIK (16 digit), dan nomor telepon. Data ini dienkripsi sebelum disimpan (sesuai UU PDP No. 27/2022).
5. **Kirim pendaftaran.** Status akan berubah jadi "Menunggu Persetujuan" sampai HR meninjau dan menyetujuinya.
6. **Setelah disetujui oleh HR**, dan HR memulai stream gajimu, kamu akan otomatis diarahkan ke dashboard utama (`/employee/ewa`) — dan Employment SBT-mu sudah aktif.

## Kalau login sempat terputus

Kalau kamu menutup tab sebelum menyelesaikan pendaftaran, buka lagi tautan undangan yang sama — sistem menyimpan progresmu (kode undangan disimpan lokal di browser) sehingga kamu tidak perlu memulai dari awal, selama kamu belum submit pendaftaran akhir.

## Kalau tautan undangan sudah tidak berlaku

Tautan undangan bersifat sekali pakai dan bisa kedaluwarsa. Kalau muncul pesan "Link undangan sudah kedaluwarsa atau tidak valid", hubungi HR perusahaanmu untuk meminta tautan baru — bukan sesuatu yang bisa kamu perbaiki sendiri dari sisi karyawan.
