# Mengajukan Kasbon

Halaman Kasbon (`/employee/kasbon`) memungkinkanmu menarik uang muka dari gaji — lihat [Kasbon — Uang Muka Gaji](/payana-saas-docs/produk/kasbon.md) untuk penjelasan konsep lengkapnya.

## Cara mengajukan

1. Buka halaman Kasbon.
2. Lihat **batas maksimum** yang tersedia — dihitung otomatis sebagai 80% dari estimasi gaji bulananmu (bukan dari saldo yang sudah terakumulasi saat itu).
3. Masukkan jumlah yang ingin diajukan (hingga batas maksimum).
4. Kirim pengajuan — status berubah menjadi **"Menunggu Persetujuan"**.
5. Setelah HR menyetujui, dana cair otomatis ke akunmu — gasless, tanpa langkah tambahan darimu.

## Cara pelunasan bekerja

Kamu tidak perlu membayar cicilan secara manual. Setiap kali kamu menarik gaji (EWA) setelah kasbonmu disetujui dan aktif, **20% dari jumlah yang ditarik otomatis dipakai untuk melunasi kasbon** sampai lunas. Halaman kasbon menampilkan status "Kasbon Aktif" dengan progres pelunasan selama masih berjalan.

## Yang perlu diketahui

* **Tidak ada bunga.** Jumlah yang harus kamu lunasi persis sama dengan jumlah yang kamu terima.
* **Ada langkah persetujuan HR** — pengajuan tidak langsung cair, HR perlu menyetujuinya terlebih dulu.
* **Kamu tidak bisa mengajukan kasbon baru** selama masih ada pengajuan yang menunggu persetujuan, atau kasbon aktif yang belum lunas.
* **Batas maksimum dihitung dari estimasi gaji bulananmu**, bukan dari saldo yang sudah terkumpul — jadi nilainya relatif stabil, tidak berubah setiap detik seperti saldo EWA.
