# Bonus & Vesting

Selain gaji rutin, HR bisa memberikan bonus dengan jadwal **vesting cliff** — bonus yang terkunci sampai tanggal tertentu, lalu bisa diklaim penuh setelahnya. Cek statusnya di halaman Vesting (`/employee/vesting`).

## Jenis vesting

| Tipe          | Kegunaan umum                                                        |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Retention** | Bonus retensi — insentif untuk tetap bekerja sampai tanggal tertentu |
| **Probation** | Bonus setelah masa percobaan selesai                                 |
| **ESOP**      | Program kepemilikan saham karyawan (bila berlaku)                    |

## Cara membaca status

Setiap bonus vesting menampilkan:

* **Jumlah** yang akan diterima
* **Tanggal cliff** — kapan bonus ini bisa diklaim
* **Progres** — persentase waktu yang sudah berjalan menuju tanggal cliff (bar progres visual)
* **Status** — Terkunci (belum sampai tanggal cliff) atau Siap Diklaim

## Cara mengklaim

Setelah tanggal cliff terlewati, tombol klaim akan aktif di kartu bonus terkait. Klik untuk mencairkan — sama seperti EWA, prosesnya gasless dan langsung masuk ke saldomu.

## Kalau bonus dibatalkan

HR bisa membatalkan vesting yang belum diklaim (misalnya karena perubahan kondisi kerja) sebelum tanggal cliff tercapai. Kalau ini terjadi, kartu bonus terkait akan hilang dari daftarmu — hubungi HR kalau kamu perlu klarifikasi soal ini.
