# Memproses PHK

Halaman `/hr/phk` menjalankan alur dua lapis persetujuan — lihat [PHK Multi-Sig On-Chain](/payana-saas-docs/produk/phk-multi-sig.md) untuk penjelasan mekanismenya.

## Mengajukan proposal (HR)

1. Buka `/hr/phk`, klik **Buat Proposal PHK**.
2. Pilih karyawan dari daftar.
3. Tinjau data pendukung yang ditampilkan otomatis: lama kerja, gaji bulanan, dan pesangon yang sudah terkumpul.
4. Tulis alasan PHK — disimpan terenkripsi off-chain untuk kerahasiaan; hanya hash-nya yang tercatat on-chain.
5. Kirim proposal (multi-sig) — ini transaksi on-chain, ditandatangani dari akun HR-mu.

Proposal berstatus **"Menunggu Konfirmasi"** sampai Legal menyetujuinya, dan punya masa berlaku 7 hari sejak diajukan.

## Menyetujui proposal (Legal)

Akun dengan `LEGAL_ROLE` akan melihat proposal berstatus menunggu di halaman yang sama, dengan tombol **Konfirmasi PHK**. Setelah disetujui, status berubah menjadi **"Siap Dieksekusi"**.

## Mengeksekusi (HR)

Setelah status "Siap Dieksekusi", HR menekan **Eksekusi PHK**. Di titik ini:

* Stream gaji karyawan dihentikan
* Pesangon dihitung otomatis dan dicairkan langsung ke akun karyawan
* Surat Keputusan PHK tersedia untuk dicetak dari riwayat PHK

## Membatalkan proposal

Selama Legal belum menyetujui dan proposal belum kedaluwarsa, HR bisa membatalkannya lewat tombol **Batalkan Proposal** — karyawan tetap berstatus aktif seperti biasa, tidak ada dampak apa pun.

## Kalau proposal kedaluwarsa

Proposal yang melewati masa berlaku 7 hari tanpa dieksekusi otomatis berstatus "Kadaluwarsa" dan tidak bisa disetujui/dieksekusi lagi — kamu perlu membuat proposal baru dari awal kalau PHK masih diperlukan.

## Riwayat PHK

Bagian **Riwayat PHK** di halaman yang sama menampilkan semua PHK yang sudah dieksekusi, dengan opsi mencetak ulang Surat Keputusan PHK dan grafik tren PHK & pesangon yang dibayarkan selama 6 bulan terakhir.
