# Pengaturan Perusahaan

Halaman `/hr/settings` mengelola empat area konfigurasi: profil, compliance, aturan, dan akses.

## Profil

Nama perusahaan, negara, dan logo — data off-chain yang tampil di dokumen resmi (slip gaji, surat kerja, dll).

## Compliance

Persentase potongan BPJS dan PPh21 (dalam basis poin) — nilai yang sama dipakai untuk menghitung potongan otomatis setiap klaim gaji dan untuk laporan di halaman [Compliance & Pajak](/payana-saas-docs/panduan-hr-and-legal/compliance-pajak.md).

## Aturan

* **Batas EWA** — persentase maksimum gaji terakumulasi yang bisa ditarik sebagai EWA
* **Alokasi dana pesangon** — persentase yang disisihkan otomatis untuk cadangan pesangon setiap periode

## Akses

Kelola siapa yang memegang `LEGAL_ROLE` di perusahaanmu — penting untuk alur [PHK multi-sig](/payana-saas-docs/panduan-hr-and-legal/proses-phk.md), karena role ini adalah lapis persetujuan independen dari HR.

## Saldo & Gas Vault

Halaman ini juga menampilkan saldo ETH (untuk gas, disponsori Paymaster) dan saldo IDRX (untuk gaji) milik vault perusahaanmu. Kalau saldo gas menipis, sistem otomatis mengirim peringatan lewat monitoring background — tapi ada baiknya memantau halaman ini secara berkala, terutama menjelang periode gajian besar.
