# Pendaftaran Perusahaan

Mendaftarkan perusahaan baru di Payana melalui empat tahap, dari pengajuan sampai vault siap membayar gaji.

## Tahap 1 — Registrasi

Buka `/hr/onboarding` dan isi:

* Nama perusahaan
* NPWP (15 atau 16 digit, mengikuti format lama atau baru berbasis NIK)
* NIB (13 digit dari OSS)
* Nama & NIK Direktur/PIC
* Tautan akta pendirian (PDF, di-upload ke penyimpanan pilihanmu — Google Drive/Dropbox — lalu tempel tautan share-nya)
* Email PIC HR

Kirim pengajuan. Status berubah menjadi **"Menunggu Persetujuan Owner SaaS"**.

## Tahap 2 — Persetujuan Owner

Owner platform meninjau pengajuan (memverifikasi legalitas dokumen) sebelum menyetujui. Kamu bisa menekan "Cek Status Lagi" di halaman yang sama untuk memeriksa apakah sudah disetujui, atau menunggu — tidak ada tindakan yang bisa kamu lakukan untuk mempercepat tahap ini selain memastikan data yang diajukan lengkap dan benar.

## Tahap 3 — Konfigurasi & Deploy Vault

Setelah disetujui, kamu lanjut ke konfigurasi potongan otomatis:

* **BPJS (Bps)** — basis poin potongan BPJS (100 Bps = 1%)
* **Alokasi Dana Pesangon (Bps)** — persentase yang disisihkan untuk cadangan pesangon

Klik **Aktifkan Sistem Penggajian** — ini men-deploy `CompanyVault` khusus untuk perusahaanmu di blockchain. Kamu akan diminta menandatangani transaksi dari walletmu sendiri (butuh sedikit ETH testnet untuk biaya aktivasi satu kali ini saja — bisa didapat gratis dari faucet Base Sepolia).

## Tahap 4 — Isi Saldo Awal

Setelah vault aktif, deposit saldo IDRX awal — disarankan minimal setara estimasi total gaji karyawan satu bulan. Kamu akan diminta tanda tangan dua kali (approve token, lalu deposit). Setelah saldo masuk, sistem siap dipakai — lanjut ke [Mengelola Karyawan](/payana-saas-docs/panduan-hr-and-legal/kelola-karyawan.md) untuk mulai mengundang tim.

Testnet-only: ada fasilitas faucet IDRX bawaan di tahap ini untuk uji coba — mint token simulasi tanpa nilai asli. Ini tidak akan ada (dan tidak boleh ada) di mainnet.
