# Compliance & Pajak

Halaman `/hr/compliance` adalah pusat pelaporan potongan BPJS dan PPh21 — lihat [Payroll & Pajak On-Chain](/payana-saas-docs/produk/payroll-on-chain.md) untuk penjelasan konsep lengkapnya.

## Melihat ringkasan bulanan

1. Pilih bulan yang ingin ditinjau.
2. Klik **Tampilkan** — sistem menampilkan total kompensasi, estimasi potongan BPJS dan PPh21 (dibagi berdasarkan rasio yang kamu konfigurasi), per karyawan.
3. Grafik tren menunjukkan pola potongan dari bulan ke bulan.

## Mengekspor laporan

Dua format ekspor tersedia lewat tombol **Export**:

* **Excel** — format laporan resmi dengan template siap pakai untuk dokumentasi internal atau pelaporan ke instansi terkait
* **CSV** — untuk diproses lebih lanjut di alat lain

## Rekonsiliasi pembayaran

Setelah kamu benar-benar menyetorkan potongan BPJS/PPh21 ke instansi terkait, catat jumlah yang benar-benar dibayarkan lewat form rekonsiliasi di halaman yang sama. Sistem akan membandingkan angka ini dengan estimasi on-chain, sehingga selisih (bila ada) langsung terlihat — bukan sesuatu yang baru ketahuan saat audit.

## Kenapa angka ini bisa dipercaya

Karena dihitung otomatis dari kontrak yang sama untuk setiap klaim gaji, angka potongan di laporan ini tidak bergantung pada input manual yang rawan salah ketik atau salah rumus — setiap baris laporan bisa ditelusuri balik ke transaksi on-chain spesifik yang menghasilkannya.
